Process Associate / Associate / ANALYST
Material order management, SYSTEMS EVALAUATION ANALYSIS
Feedback Engineer will be responsible for understanding and interpreting the components of elevator systems, understand the issue related to its performance and provide workable resolution to the end user.
This position interfaces with other Engineering groups, Field Engineers, and Suppliers to provide world class customer support
Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:-
- Interpret engineering drawings and other technical documents
- Be able to identify correct elevator material that is required
- Follow up with suppliers, factories for material ordered and escalate appropriately
- Handle Feedbacks without delays
- Achieve and exceed set targets (Performance, Quality)
- Meet metrics for safety, sustainability, quality, delivery and cost as a general function of the role
- Possess the ability to closely follow instructions and pre-established procedures/SOP to perform the functions of the job required.
QUALIFICATIONS Degrees, Certifications, Experience
- Mechatronics or B.Tech/ B.E - Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics
- Candidates from Manufacturing background with an Elevator experience will be preferred
- Min 1 year of experience in Manufacturing space
