Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and department goals.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and recruitment agencies to find candidates.
