Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • ON Role: Customer Support Associate - Calls and Email support.
  • Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customer via calls, Email and Chat.
  • Qualification: Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply.
  • Should have good communication in Hindi and English.
  • Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities.
  • FixedDay shift and One day Rotational week off.
  • Work Location: Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore.
  • Experience: Min 12 months to 2 years.
  • UG:Any Graduate PG:Any Postgraduate.
