We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, resolving desktop-related issues, and ensuring a smooth computing experience. This role is open to candidates with 0-3 years of experience, including freshers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to desktop environments.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of new desktop systems.
- Document and maintain records of user issues and resolutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on software applications and hardware usage.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Office Suite applications.
- Basic knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and connectivity issues.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
