Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement data quality processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate data quality issues
- Develop and maintain data integrity rules and standards
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics and trends
- Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data lineage documentation
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or related field
- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices
- Experience with data profiling and analysis tools
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration tools
- Familiarity with SQL and other programming languages
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
