Roles and Responsibilities

1.Monitor, moderate user-generated content such as comments. Moderate publisher-generated content against preset Customer guidelines.

2. Approval/ rejection of content/ comments in compliance & non-compliance with customer guidelines, respectively.

3. Keep track, be aware of news, current affairs, especially international markets like the US.

4. Identify gaps/ gray areas in policies & guidelines based on ground truth data.

5. Store, document edge cases, nuanced examples among moderated content to create referenceable repositories.

6.Command over English (Both oral and written)

7.Should be aware of news happening around the world (Current Affairs)

Shifts: 9 AM - 6 PM (Local time zone)

WOs: 2 / week (Rotational)
