Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including C2H and permanent positions.
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
• Posting jobs and sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Mass mailing and managing candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Client handling and maintaining relationships for recruitment projects.
• Working independently with laptop & Wi-Fi from home.
• Contributing to hiring strategy and talent acquisition growth.
