Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Biotechnology graduates who are interested in starting their careers in the medical coding and healthcare IT industry. Candidates will learn to review medical records and translate clinical information into standardized medical codes used for healthcare documentation, billing, and insurance claims.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review medical records, clinical reports, and patient documentation.
• Identify medical diagnoses, procedures, and relevant clinical information.
• Assign appropriate medical codes according to coding guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy and quality while reviewing healthcare documents.
• Follow healthcare coding standards and confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in coding training, assessments, and quality improvement activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• BSc / MSc Biotechnology graduates.
• Freshers and candidates without prior medical coding experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is preferred.
