Description
We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester to join our team in Chennai/Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for various applications.
- Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand application functionality and requirements.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and risks.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for test script development.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, such as Jenkins or Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
