Responsibilities
Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their luggage
Provide excellent customer service and support to travellers
Handle baggage claims and lost luggage inquiries
Coordinate with airline staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the airport terminal
Assist with emergency procedures when necessary

Strong problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
Basic computer skills for check-in systems
Abilito work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
