Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Leader to support a key US-based client in a hybrid Agile environment. This role blends Agile program leadership and Scrum Master excellence with a strong focus on client relationship building. The successful candidate will drive cross-team coordination, enable strategic alignment with business goals, and deliver measurable outcomes at the program level. As a senior consultant representing BCforward, you will contribute to both delivery excellence and account growth and solution expansion.

The role is based in Hyderabad and will primarily support US working hours (up to early afternoon Eastern Time), enabling real-time collaboration with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile program delivery across multiple teams using Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe or equivalent).
• Drive value delivery at the program level through effective planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and iterative improvement.
• Coach and guide Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams to improve Agile maturity and performance.
• Collaborate with US-based client stakeholders on program planning, delivery execution, and strategic alignment.
• Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to the client, proactively identifying areas of opportunity for account growth and solution expansion.
• Represent BCforward in client discussions, demonstrating strong delivery leadership and business acumen.
• Contribute to the development of Agile capabilities within BCforwards growing Hyderabad Agile community.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including leadership roles in Agile environments.
• Strong practical experience with Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred) in multi-team or program environments.
• Proven success as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Program Manager, or Agile Coach.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Experience delivering complex initiatives with a focus on value, speed, and quality.
• Proficiency in Jira is required; experience with Jira Align is a plus.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Relevant certifications strongly preferred: SAFe Agilist, SAFe RTE, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMP, or equivalent.
