Hiring for Ads Sales Specialist (international outbound sales)

ROLE -
SPE -2+ years of outbound sales experience, ctc upto 8lpa (depends on last drawn)
SME 4+yrs of outbound sales experience, ctc upto 12 lpa (depends on last drawn)
Required Qualifications:
Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply
Experience: 2+ years of outbound sales experience, Google Ads preferably in digital advertising, Ads, or similar digital platform services
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and convey technical information clearly.
Sales Experience: Strong background in sales, particularly in outbound sales, is highly preferred.
Ads Certification: Must have a valid Ads certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales: Prospect and engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to optimize Ads services.
Sales Strategy: Understand client needs and propose Ads solutions that align with their business goals.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Ads Expertise: Provide clients with insights and guidance on optimizing their Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
Reporting: Track sales progress, report on key metrics, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Leverage AI: Understanding and use of AI in sales activities. Proven ability to use AI tools on the job
