Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, gaming or club management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
- Ability to manage shifts and resolve issues efficiently
- Knowledge of poker operations is preferred
- Smart, presentable, and professional attitude
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day floor operations
- Manage dealers and support staff
- Ensure smooth game flow and customer satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns professionally
- Maintain discipline and operational standards
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management
