• Chat Support Executive
• Sales Executive (Voice)
• Telesales min 6 months of experience

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Achieve process KPIs and productivity targets
• For Sales roles, identify customer needs and drive conversions
