Lyros is hiring Customer Support Executives for leading MNCs in Hyderabad Bangalore (Bengaluru).

Job Role: Customer Support Executive / Customer Service Executive

Experience: 0-4 years

Locations: Hyderabad Bangalore

Openings: Voice, Non-Voice, Chat Support, Email Support, BPO Customer Service

Salary

• Freshers: 2.05 LPA 4.0 LPA
• Experienced: Up to 6.5 LPA, depending on experience, skills process
  
  

Work Details

• Working Days: 5 days
• Shifts: Day shifts US rotational shifts
• Transportation: 2-way transport up to 30 km for eligible US rotational-shift processes
  
  

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Communicate with customers through voice, chat or email
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach
• Follow company processes, quality standards and performance guidelines
  
  

Eligibility

• Freshers and candidates with 0-4 years of experience can apply
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in day or rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred
