Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice interactions.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow defined process, quality and customer service standards.
• Meet assigned performance and service targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Any Graduate can apply.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant Customer Support/BPO experience are welcome.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
