Job Description: Service Delivery

·      Contractor Onboarding

·      Making sure all contractors are onboard as per the matrix provided by the client

·      Reviewing all onboardings and ensuring that they are meeting the given deadline and SLA's as per various clients, hospitals and other facilities.

·      Ensuring that candidates are fully prepared while attending their scheduled drug screenings, health screenings, Fingerprinting and other requirements as described by the client

·      Compliances Management

·      Keeping a close eye on the active and expired compliances for the current contractors to make sure that they remain fully compliant as per client compliance requirements.

·      Reviewing the licenses and certifications of current and future prospect consultants which are currently in the submittal/Interviewing stage.

·      Client/Account Management

·      Building and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing needs, and serving as their primary point of contact for staffing solutions.

·      Collaborating with clients to identify staffing needs, growth opportunities, and long-term workforce planning.

·      Proactively engaging with clients to understand their evolving requirements and suggesting appropriate staffing solutions.

·      Contractor Management

·      Currently taking care of the contractors with multiple clients.

·      Keeping in regular contact with the contractors ensures that they have the best customer service and get their issues resolved related to weekly timesheets and payroll-related queries.

·      Maintain a careful check on current worker's existing contract and proactively work with the client on extensions and redeployments.
