The platform utilizes patented AI bots and NLP to automate claims processing, denial management, and payer communication without compromising sensitive patient data.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the founders to transform long-term vision into actionable roadmaps, owning special projects that drive company growth.
- Act as a bridge between the AI/Engineering teams and the business, participating in technical reviews and helping to prioritize the product backlog based on RCM client needs.
- Build and optimize internal processesfrom sprint cadences to hiring pipelinesto ensure the organization scales with sustained velocity.
- Conduct deep dives into RCM workflows (claims, denials, prior auth) to identify key opportunities where Agentic AI can deliver the highest ROI.
- Prepare executive briefs, investor updates, and board materials, translating complex technical tradeoffs into clear, actionable business decisions.
Qualifications
- A background in core engineering (Java or Python) or Technical Product Management.
- 35 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
- Experience in Healthcare Tech or RCM, with a strong grasp of payer-provider dynamics.
- Proven ability to build and scale proprietary platforms in dynamic environments.
- Adept at managing ambiguity and driving projects from inception to successful completion.
