Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hisar, Haryana, for a Hiring Candidate position in the Gold Loan vertical at Capri Global Capital Ltd. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates to support staffing needs across Gold Loan branches in Haryana. The Hiring Candidate will work closely with branch managers and HR teams to understand manpower requirements, maintain candidate databases, and ensure timely onboarding and documentation compliance. Daily activities include conducting telephonic and in-person interactions with potential hires, tracking recruitment metrics, and supporting local hiring drives and walk-in interviews. The role also includes collaborating on employer branding initiatives, ensuring adherence to company policies, and contributing to a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, manage databases, and handle documentation and compliance processes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates, branch teams, and HR stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of retail financial services or NBFC operations; exposure to gold loan or branch banking environments is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with HR and recruitment-related software platforms.
  • Ability to work on-site, travel within Haryana as needed, and manage multiple hiring requirements under defined timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; specialization in Human Resources, Business, or related fields is preferred.
  • Demonstrated integrity, customer-centric approach, and commitment to non-discriminatory and inclusive hiring practices.
