The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning accurate medical codes. While ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and coding guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze physician notes, laboratory reports, and diagnostic reports.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards as per client requirements.
• Identify documentation gaps and report discrepancies.
• Follow and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Work closely with Quality Analysts and Team Leads to improve coding accuracy.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
• Good understanding of Biotechnology and Life Science concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
• Ability to learn coding guidelines and healthcare regulations quickly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
