Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Systems Engineer, you will be a key member of a multi-functional team responsible for developing and setting up the required Manufacturing Travelers and labels using BarTender Software. You will be collaborating with engineers, technicians, manufacturing, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate the requirements to the needed format for Travelers and Labels that will be needed to be used for production. Develop and manage the Label/traveler Business processes and providing training to relevant teams.

Role includes:

Defining and developing the Business process for the Label/Traveler and training relevant teams on the process and procedures.

Develop key indicators and update Stakeholders on the progress and status.

Gather Business Requirements and work with relevant teams to enable the required information and data needed for the Labels and Travelers.

Designing and sustaining printed Travelers and Labels.

Working with IT, Engineering and Manufacturing teams in Testing and deploying the changes to production.

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience required

Experience in using BarTender Software and Features

Experience in Label design and Processes

Experience with Zebra Printer, Label formats and software

Experience with CMF (Critical Manufacturing) MES System

Experience with various frameworks and processes, such as Agile

Knowledge with Jira, Azure ADO, Confluence or related systems

Data Analysis and Validation skills

Experience with working with diverse teams and ability to work in fast-paced environment

Strong drive and able to work independently in managing projects and Deliverables
