Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Hiring Associate to join our team in India, specializing in travel processes and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the travel industry and experience with Amadeus GDS. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with travel bookings and inquiries using Amadeus GDS.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the travel process.
  • Handle ticketing, reservations, and itinerary changes efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and changes in GDS functionalities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) is a must.
  • Strong understanding of travel processes and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of travel regulations and policies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
