Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel bookings and inquiries using Amadeus GDS.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the travel process.
- Handle ticketing, reservations, and itinerary changes efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and changes in GDS functionalities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) is a must.
- Strong understanding of travel processes and procedures.
