About the Hospital (Confidential):

We are hiring for a well-established 150 bedded NABH accredited multi-specialty hospital in Ankleshwar, Bharuch District. The hospital has full-fledged departments of Medical, Surgery, Ortho, Critical Care, and has its own Pharmacy, Lab, and Day Care setup. The management is now starting / expanding a dedicated Medical Oncology unit.

Hospital name will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates only as this is a confidential mandate handled by our consultancy.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Manage OPD & IPD for Medical Oncology patients

Administer and supervise Day Care Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy

Develop treatment protocols and work with multidisciplinary team (Surgeon, Pathologist, Radiologist)

Counsel patients and relatives regarding treatment plan and prognosis

Maintain proper documentation, chemo charts and MLC recordsSupport hospital in marketing / awareness camps for Oncology (with support from management)

Participate in Tumor Board discussions

Infrastructure Available:

Dedicated Chemo Day Care beds, Pharmacy support, Central Lab

ICU and Emergency backup, Surgical oncology support on-call

Nursing team trained for chemo administration

Package & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: Rs. 3,00,000 to Rs. 4,00,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience)

Accommodation provided by hospital

Additional incentives on Chemotherapy procedures / Revenue share

Marketing and practice development support for first 6 months

For visiting: Per day / Per patient model also available

Who can Apply:

DM / DNB in Medical Oncology from recognized institute

Freshers who have completed DM/DNB in 2024-2025 are highly encouraged to apply - great opportunity to build your own unit

Must have valid MCI / State Medical Council Registration

Preference for Gujarati / Hindi speaking candidates
