Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off

Salary Offered:

Hindi + English – Up to 25,000 In-Hand

Kannada + English – Up to 20,000 In-Hand

Eligibility Criteria

English communication is mandatory

Proficiency in either:

• Hindi + English, or
• Kannada + English

Candidates with other regional language combinations will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound voice calls

Provide timely and accurate resolutions

Deliver excellent customer service and customer satisfaction

Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards
