Job Overview:
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff.
As a member of our ground handling team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all ground activities at the airport. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding procedures
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
- Coordinate with other departments and airlines to ensure smooth operations.
- Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft
- Conduct security checks and screenings as per airport regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the terminal and ground handling equipment
- Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures
- Keep accurate records of all ground handling activities Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
