Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
- Handle passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
- Check and process passengers travel documents and ensure compliance with security regulations
- Assist with the boarding process and ensure timely departure of flights
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate with other airport staff and departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
