We are building a next-generation AI-driven laboratory and commercial intelligence platform.
We are looking for someone who can translate complex scientific workflows into scalable AI systems, integrate them with existing platforms (LIMS, instruments, CRM), and drive real adoption across teams.
This is not a research role. This is a hands-on system building role.
What You Will Build
Laboratory AI Systems
- Automated report validation engines:
- Value checks, trend analysis, UOM consistency
- Method vs parameter validation
Raw data vs report validation:
- Parsing instrument outputs (chromatograms, raw files)
- Detecting anomalies, inconsistencies, manual overrides
- AI-assisted scientific validation (logic will be provided by domain experts)
Platform & Integration
- Build end-to-end systems integrating:
- LIMS
- Instrument data outputs
- CRM / business systems
- Develop internal dashboards and tools for lab and management teams
- Ensure seamless data pipelines and automation
Commercial & Management AI
- Lead generation and scoring using AI
- Client churn analysis and focus account identification
- Visit analytics:
- Visit frequency vs revenue vs cost
- Gap analysis across visits
- Business dashboards and predictive analytics
Training & Adoption
- Train lab teams on AI-assisted validation tools
- Train sales teams on AI-driven lead generation and conversion
- Drive organization-wide adoption of AI systems
What We Are Looking For
Must-have:
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Python, APIs, data pipelines
- AI/ML deployment (not just modeling)
- Experience building end-to-end systems / platforms
- Strong understanding of real-world data challenges (messy, incomplete, inconsistent data)
- Ability to convert business/scientific logic into automated systems
Good to have:
- Exposure to:
- Industrial / scientific data
- Analytical instruments or manufacturing environments
- LIMS / ERP / CRM integrations
- Experience with time-series or signal data
Communication:
- Strong spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Bengali (preferred, not mandatory)
- Ability to train and work closely with non-technical teams
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a pure data science or research role
- Not a reporting/dashboard-only role
- Not a theoretical AI role
