This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hiring Accountant, located in Lucknow. The Hiring Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, handling tax filings, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include budget preparation, financial forecasting, maintaining ledgers, and providing financial insights to support decision-making processes. Collaboration with team members and cross-functional departments will be key to success in this role.

• Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and preparing Financial Statements
• Knowledge of Taxation, Compliance, and Auditing standards
• Experience with Budget Preparation, Financial Forecasting, and Analysis
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
