Job Summary:
Full Stack Web Developer Intern with 36 months of internship or project experience in modern web technologies. The candidate will assist in building scalable web applications, developing RESTful APIs, creating responsive UI components, and collaborating with senior developers and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems, React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, and database/API integration concepts. Exposure to AWS or any Cloud platform is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend
- Assist in developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
- Implement basic UI/UX practices with Tailwind CSS or component libraries.
- Manage simple application state using React Query, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand.
- Integrate APIs and handle client-side data fetching and caching.
- Ensure basic cross-browser compatibility and performance best practices.
Backend
- Assist in designing and building RESTful APIs using Node.js or NestJS (preferred).
- Support authentication and authorization implementation using JWT or OAuth under guidance.
- Apply basic validation using Zod or class-validator.
- Follow security and performance best practices and logging standards.
Database & DevOps
- Work with PostgreSQL / MongoDB or similar databases.
- Write basic queries and assist in migrations or seed scripts.
- Maintain code quality and follow structured project architecture.
- Write and execute basic test cases.
- Use Git for version control and follow CI/CD guidelines with mentorship.
Required Skills:
Core Technologies
- JavaScript / TypeScript, React.js or Next.js (basic understanding), Node.js or NestJS fundamentals, REST APIs basics, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Basic SQL / MongoDB / Firebase knowledge,
Libraries & Tools:
- React Query / Redux Toolkit / Zustand (any one), Zod or class-validator basics, JWT / Authentication concepts, ESLint / Prettier, Git / GitHub or GitLab
Good to Have:
- Personal or academic full-stack projects.
- Exposure to Firebase or third-party authentication.
- Familiarity with UI libraries or animation libraries.
- Basic understanding of Socket.IO or real-time features.
- Awareness of SEO and performance best practices.
- Preferred:Experience deploying at least one demo or personal project to a live environment (Vercel, Netlify, AWS, etc.).
Soft Skills:
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Basic problem-solving and debugging mindset.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to write clean and readable code.
- Ownership attitude toward assigned tasks.
