We are looking for a dynamicTeam Lead Outbound Lead Generationfor theMotor Industry. You will lead a team of callers, drive performance, generate quality leads, and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the outbound calling team
• Monitor performance and ensure daily lead targets are met
• Guide the team in qualifying prospects and pitching effectively
• Support escalations and ensure high-quality lead delivery
• Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead transfer
• Track reports, share feedback, and improve team productivity

Requirements

• Hindi is mandatory
• Experience in outbound lead generationwith team handling experience
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude
• Motor industry knowledge is an added advantage
