Customer Support Executive
Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Experience: Freshers & Up to 1 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team by transferring qualified leads.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Maximum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, telecalling, or Lead Generation.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
