Job Overview

We are looking for a Hindi Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound Client calls. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and capable of delivering professional Client support through voice communication.

  • Must be fluent in Hindi (English or regional language skills are an added advantage).
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any discipline).
  • Freshers can apply; experience in Voice Process / Client Support / BPO is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and patience on calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM usage).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirement with Key Skills
