About the Role
We are looking for a Hindi Translator (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on translation quality, multilingual communication, language localization, and linguistic accuracy.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to Hindi translation, content localization, language adaptation, cultural context, and multilingual communication, helping improve how AI models understand and generate high-quality Hindi content.
Your expertise will contribute to improving AI systems used for translation, localization, multilingual content creation, language understanding, and global communication technologies.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
- Translate content between Hindi and English while maintaining meaning, tone, and context
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated translations and multilingual content
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
- Assess AI outputs for translation accuracy, fluency, grammar, cultural appropriateness, and linguistic quality
- Identify mistranslations, contextual errors, localization issues, or language inconsistencies in AI-generated content and provide structured feedback
- Support workflows involving document translation, localization, content adaptation, and multilingual quality assurance
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on language understanding and translation workflows
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Hindi and strong proficiency in English
- Experience in translation, localization, content writing, editing, proofreading, or language-related work
- Strong understanding of Hindi grammar, vocabulary, idioms, literature, and cultural nuances
- Ability to accurately translate content while preserving context and intent
- Familiarity with translation tools, localization workflows, or multilingual content review is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
