Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hindi Teacher - Primary at Aurinko Academy, located in Bengaluru. The teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging Hindi lessons tailored to the needs of young learners, following the school's curriculum guidelines. Duties also include assessing student progress, developing individualized learning plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with other teachers and staff for holistic student development.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Hindi language teaching, including familiarity with curriculum development for primary students
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to engage with children, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in teaching Hindi to middle school or primary grade levels
- Ability to adapt to the Aurinko Academy teaching methodology and contribute to holistic education goals
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Hindi, or a related field; teaching certifications or relevant qualifications preferred
