About The Role
What if your mastery of Hindi could directly influence how AI communicates with hundreds of millions of people We're looking for Hindi language experts to evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Hindi-language content. Your linguistic insight will shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Hindi — making a real and lasting impact on one of the world's most widely spoken languages.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience is needed — just a sharp eye for language and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated Hindi translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, and cultural issues
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Hindi
- Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Hindi
- Strong written communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Solid command of contemporary Hindi usage across different contexts and registers
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
- Detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
- Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
- Awareness of regional Hindi variations and dialects across India
- Experience working with Devanagari script in professional or academic contexts
