Location: Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Language Requirement: Good English

Industry: Customer Support / BPO

Shift: Follow US Shift (including weekends/public holidays, if required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via voice, chat and email in English Language
  • Ensure timely resolution of queries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and escalate cases when necessary

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English Language (Written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in a call center, or customer service is a plus
  • Willingness to work on Night Shifts, including weekends and public holidays
