Key Responsibilities
- Assist in curriculum design and academic content development (K12).
- Support lesson planning and lecture planning aligned with competency-based learning.
- Contribute to digital content creation and academic curation.
- Assist in assessment development and review.
- Support teacher training sessions and academic coordination.
- Work with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ensure alignment with competency-based education frameworks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Postgraduate in the relevant subject (mandatory).
- Strong subject knowledge (K12 level).
- Basic understanding of:
- National Education Policy (NEP 2020)
- Competency-Based Learning
- Bloom's Taxonomy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Internship/Project experience in teaching, curriculum, or EdTech.
- Exposure to LMS platforms.
- Interest in social impact and education reform.
