Role Overview:
We are looking to onboard a skilled Hindi Content Writer to strengthen our content and communication efforts. With the increasing volume of work across social media, campaigns, and content planning, this role will be critical in ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, engaging content in Hindi for various social media platforms
- Contribute to content ideation and campaign strategy planning
- Write sharp, impactful, and timely political content, including attacking tweets and campaign messaging
- Create slogans and messaging aligned with campaign objectives
- Collaborate closely with ground teams and digital teams to ensure cohesive communication
- Manage and execute narrative-driven content requirements
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all content
- Stay updated with current affairs, political developments, and trending topics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong command of written Hindi with excellent grammar and vocabulary
- Ability to write persuasive, concise, and impactful content
- Understanding of the political landscape and social media dynamics
- Experience in writing for digital platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas quickly
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in political campaigns or advocacy communication
- Familiarity with social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement strategies
- Basic understanding of content performance metrics
Additional Requirements:
- In-office presence in Lucknow is mandatory.
- Submission of 2 creative writing samples (work sample) in Hindi is required with the application.
- Salary: Competitive Based on experience (₹30,000 - ₹35,000)
- Experience: 1–3 years (experience in political/digital content preferred)
