Job Position: Sr Project Manager

HIMS Implementation experience: 7 to 10 Years

Position Locations: Bangalore (2), Mumbai (1), Chennai(1), Kolkata(1),

Language Preference: Good Command in English (verbal, written), Hindi(verbal) and respective Regional Language (Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Marathi/Bengali- verbal) of the city.

Experience:Must have 7 to 10 years of HIMS implementation experience either on Hospital or Vendor side. Please don't apply for the position if you don't have relevant experience

Travel: Should have no hinderance for long as well as short travels. This is a must requirement.

Academic Qualification: B.Tech (EC/CS)/MCA or BDS/other healthcare related bachelor's degree with MBA Healthcare.

Required skills : Project Mgmt (PMP preferable), Team management, Client escalation handling, Communication and presentation skills with Senior leadership at customer end, Hospital workflows like Billing, inventory, EMR/EHR, diagnostic, pharmacy, inventory

Role Description

This is a full-time, hospital onsite (Hospital) role. The HIMS/EMR Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing implementations of KareXpert's Digital Healthcare Platform at Enterprise level Hospital sites. Key tasks include stakeholder management, resource allocation, project milestone tracking, risk management, and ensuring adherence to timelines. The role also involves database migration oversight, refining workflows, and training hospital staff to ensure seamless adoption of the platform. Regular reporting and communication with both internal and client teams to address challenges and ensure successful delivery will be critical functions of this position. Successful Implementation with quality and within allocated budget and timeline is the responsibility.
