HIL Test Engineer

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Qualification: Master's in engineering / bachelor's in engineering: E&TC / Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Automotive Electronics or similar

Roles & Responsibilities:

Domain: Automotive BEV, Power Train, Battery, Cooling system, ECU system test

Relevant Industries: Automotive, Software and Engineering Services

•Review requirement and understand the requirement

•Develop test cases from the requirement

•Develop test scripts in Python for automate test in SIL and HIL

•Execute test suits in HIL and analyze test result

•Develop and improve test process and method

•Work in agile international team environment

•Coordinate with global TRATON Group companies and external partners

•Understanding of System-level testing

•Technical Discussion with Stakeholders in Europe

Must Have:

•Experienced Battery system understanding

•Advanced General HV-system understanding

•>5 years of project experience

•Experience in requirements engineering / requirements domain

•Strong knowledge in Python scripting

•Good understanding of HIL environment setup

•Strong communication skills

•Knowledge of CAN protocols

•Analytical & problem-solving mindset

•Flexibility, you are ready to change focus when needed

•Willingness to travel internationally (up to 3 months)

•Ability to guide and mentor

Good to Have:

•Reliable and precise way of working

•ISTQB Foundation Level certification

•Email Writing and Presentation creations skills

•Able to handle Version and requirement management tools like GitLab, JIRA, Confluence etc.

•Ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner

•Communicative and team-oriented personality

•Knowledge or prior experience in automotive systems is advantageous.

•Knowledge of Agile framework

•Working exposure with Global stakeholders
