Responsibilities

• Design and implement Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing solutions for embedded systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define HIL requirements and specifications
• Develop and maintain HIL test environments, including hardware and software integration
• Create and execute test plans and test cases for HIL testing
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide solutions to improve system performance
• Document HIL architecture, processes, and test results for compliance and future reference
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in HIL testing methodologies and tools
• Train and mentor junior engineers on HIL concepts and best practices

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10-12 years of experience in HIL development and testing
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems and real-time operating systems
• Proficiency in HIL simulation tools (e.g., dSPACE, NI VeriStand, ETAS)
• Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or MATLAB/Simulink
• Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and automotive standards
• Experience in system modeling and simulation techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
