Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account inquiries and transactions
• Promote bank products and services to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Support branch operations and contribute to achieving branch targets

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Age Below 26 years, Should know to speak in Tamil
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Customer service orientation
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
