Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking Python Fullstack Lead Analysts to work on the AI ecosystem. The Full Stack Lead Analyst will be responsible for product-oriented solution architecture & ownership, designing, implementing, and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient platform capabilities with a strong focus on privacy, security, performance, and reliability. Key components include React/Angular (TypeScript) user interfaces, SSR (Next.js/Angular Universal), a robust set of APIs (REST/GraphQL) enabling wide platform integration, and microservices-based backend services in Python (FastAPI/Django). This role will work directly with business partners, architects, and IT teams to understand desired system requirements, provide technical leadership, and deliver effective solutions within Agile methodology across the full development and support lifecycle.

Primary responsibilities are to own end-to-end delivery of modern full-stack capabilities that enable AI-powered experiences, integrations, and automation requests, while providing technical design reviews, design guidance, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration aligned to measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a technologist who brings strong engineering judgment, a quality mindset, and the ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full stack development including triage, technical design, coding, implementation, and production readiness for enterprise applications and platform capabilities.
  • Provide product-oriented solution architecture & ownershipdrive solution direction, document design decisions, and ensure alignment with platform standards and business outcomes.
  • Perform technical design reviews (APIs, UI architecture, data flows, security/performance) and guide teams toward scalable and maintainable implementations.
  • Build enterprise-grade solutions with focus on privacy, security, performance, reliability, and observability, including secure auth patterns and data protection.
  • Drive code reviews across scrum teams to ensure engineering standards, test coverage, and deployment readiness for Production.
  • Establish/Improve/Maintain proactive monitoring and management of supported assets assuring performance, availability, security, capacity, and operational excellence (telemetry, alerts, dashboards).
  • Collaborate closely with delivery partners and business stakeholders; communicate status, tradeoffs, risks, and decisions clearly and proactively.
  • Mentor team members via pairing, coaching, and review feedback; promote best practices for testing, CI/CD, quality, and maintainable code.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Front-End Development Skills

  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript: Strong proficiency in core web technologies, modern TypeScript patterns, and component-driven development.
  • Front-End Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with React and/or Angular, including SSR (Next.js / Angular Universal), routing, and performance optimization.
  • State Management & UI Libraries: Experience with Redux/NgRx and enterprise UI libraries such as Material/Ant, with emphasis on accessibility and consistent UX.
  • Testing: Experience with end-to-end testing tools such as Cypress/Playwright.
  • UI/UX Design: Working understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and front-end performance best practices.
  • CSS Frameworks: Experience with scalable styling approaches.

Back-End Development Skills

  • Server-Side Languages: Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on delivery experience using FastAPI and/or Django.
  • APIs: Experience building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including API design, versioning, and documentation standards.
  • Microservices: Experience with microservices patterns (service boundaries, contracts, resilience, scalability) and asynchronous processing.
  • Async I/O & Messaging: Experience with Kafka/SQS (or similar) and async workflows for event-driven integration.
  • Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Mongo/Redis) including schema design, indexing, performance tuning, and data access patterns.
  • Authentication/Authorization: Experience with OAuth2/OIDC and secure session/token management.

DevOps And Cloud Skills

  • Containerization and Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes / OpenShift for containerized deployments.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Strong experience with GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps, including build/test/release pipelines and quality gates.
  • Observability: Experience implementing OpenTelemetry (traces/metrics/logs), dashboards, and operational alerts to improve reliability.
  • Security Best Practices: Strong understanding of secure engineering principles including IAM, encryption, secrets management, network security, OWASP practices, and secure SDLC.
  • Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure for deploying and operating applications at scale.
  • Performance: Experience driving performance improvements across UI and APIs (profiling, caching, query tuning, load/perf validation).

AI and Machine Learning Skills (Good to have, not mandatory)

  • Familiarity with integrating AI-powered capabilities (e.g., AI services, GenAI endpoints) into full-stack applications responsibly.
  • Basic understanding of concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, and secure integration patterns for AI use cases.

Required Experience & Education

  • 58 Years of Experience
  • Proven experience as a Fullstack engineer with strong programming skills and demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery.
  • Experience leading design discussions, performing design/code reviews, and mentoring engineers in an Agile delivery model.
  • Experience working within the healthcare industry is desirable.
  • Familiarity with healthcare-specific IT systems and industry regulations, such as Electronic Health Record systems and HIPAA, is an added advantage.

Desired Experience

  • Exposure to GenAI-enabled product experiences and Cloud systems like AWS/Azure.

Location & Hours of Work

  • Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate
  • Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
