HIH - QA & Testing Lead Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage automation test frameworks and architectures.
• Develop repeatable test automation solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Understand application workflows and integrate test scripts (smoke, system, regression, integration) with business analysts and application teams.
• Develop Agile in-sprint automation, maintaining test coverage and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Git).
• Conduct requirements and design reviews, risk-based analysis, test data creation, test package creation, and maintain process documentation.
• Execute both automated and manual test scripts, providing status reports.
• Analyze automated test results to identify defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws.
• Collaborate with software/systems personnel on system, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Define test data conditions and coordinate with the Data team.
• Identify and analyze issues, determine severity, propose solutions, and conduct risk analysis.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, delivered code, test cases, and regression coverage.
• Optimize automation code following industry best practices.
• Adhere to organizational Quality Engineering standards.
