HIH Automation Engineering Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for web applications.
• Leverage AI knowledge to support modern QA practices and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC best practices .
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and automation testing .
• Collaborate with development and business teams for defect triage and root cause analysis .
• Maintain traceability between requirements and test cases.
• Drive test automation using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks .
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of SDLC , STLC , and Agile methodologies .
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and their relevance in QA.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in API testing (Postman, REST, SOAP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
