Responsibilities:

• Develop and executetest plans, test cases, and automation scriptsfor web applications.
• LeverageAI knowledgeto support modern QA practices and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance withSDLC best practices.
• Performfunctional, regression, integration, and automation testing.
• Collaborate with development and business teams fordefect triage and root cause analysis.
• Maintaintraceabilitybetween requirements and test cases.
• Drivetest automationusing tools likePlaywright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
• Contribute tocontinuous improvementof QA processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding ofSDLC,STLC, andAgile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience withtest automation frameworks(Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
• Basic knowledge ofAI conceptsand their relevance in QA.
• Familiarity withServiceNowplatform.
• Proficiency inAPI testing(Postman, REST, SOAP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
