Our people make all the difference in our success. We are looking for engineer to develop, optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. In this role you will support the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery. This role requires working with both onsite and offshore team members in properly defining scenarios based on requirements/acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Support overall STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) starting from requirement analysis, functional test design and execution, exposure to automation etc
- Execute all the required testing efforts (System, functional, integration, E2E and regression) and Ability to manage all end-to-end testing efforts, provide E2E status reporting.
- Supports manual, automation and performance testing related activities
- Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals.
- Works autonomously, only requiring expert level technical support from others.
- Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures.
- Provides advanced professional input to complex Engineering assignments/projects as effective software engineering test specialist.
- Under guidance, designs and develops a consolidated, conformed enterprise data warehouse and data lake which store all critical data across Customer, Provider, Claims, Client and Benefits data
Qualifications
Required Skills:
As a Test Automation and Quality Engineer,
- Strong knowledge in overall STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) starting from requirement analysis, functional test design and execution, exposure to automation etc
- Ability to design the strategy for all end-to-end test efforts, including the testing roadmap, data plan, execution approach, communication cadence, and identification of risks/dependencies.
- Ability to work with the assigned testing points of contacts and TPO's, facilitate successful cross-functional coordination across all teams
- Any automation tool experience such as selenium, paywright etc
- Experience in performance testing using Neoload, Dynatrace, Jmeter, Loadrunner is highly preferred
- Ability to Align with Cigna and other Health Plan clients regarding the recommended strategy, approach, and test scenarios to ensure comprehensive end-to-end testing is completed
- Execute all the required testing efforts (System, functional, integration, E2E and regression) and Ability to manage all end-to-end testing efforts, provide E2E status reporting.
- Ability to socialize, escalate and assist in remediation of project issues/risks, dependencies & questions
- Ability to speak/write fluently in English
- Experience with agile methodology including SCRUM.
- Experience with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.
- Develop and execute small utilities, general automation, test automation scripts and framework
- Any kind of development experience is highly preferred
Required Experience & Education
- Software engineer (with 4-6 years of overall experience) with at-least 4 years in the key skills listed above
- Bachelor's degree equivalent in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Technology Management, or related field of study.
Location & Hours of Work:
Hyderabad and Hybrid (11:30 AM IST to 8:30 PM IST)
