Position Highway Engineer

Desired Profile - We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Highway Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in road work estimation, preparing detailed project reports, and knowledge in traffic surveys and pavement design. This position requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Education and Qualification B.E / B.Tech civil, M.E./M.Tech

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Preparation of Detailed Estimates for Road Work:

Develop and prepare comprehensive cost estimates for highway and road construction projects, include calculating quantities of materials, labour, and equipment needed for road works.

Ensure that estimates are accurate and in line with project specifications and budget.

2.Project Report Preparation:

Prepare detailed project reports for highway projects, project documentation including drawings, and design reports. Ensuring all technical and financial details are included.

3.Traffic Survey and Analysis:

Conduct traffic surveys to analyze traffic patterns, volumes, and other relevant data.

Use traffic data to assess road design requirements and ensure safety and efficiency for all road users.

4.Pavement Design:

Assist in the design and analysis of pavement structures, including material selection, thickness design, ensure pavement designs meet safety, quality and load-bearing capacity.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in road work estimation, project reporting, traffic surveys, and pavement design.

Familiarity with road design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and traffic analysis tools.

Strong knowledge of highway construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Experience: - 2 to 3 years

Salary Range: - Will be decided after your interview, as per market standards

Location: - Vadodara, Gujarat (however, the candidate shall be willing to travel all over India as and when required depending on project requirement).
