Highway Engineer

Your Next Role

• Work on delivery of multidisciplinary projects with inputs from transport, energy, sustainability, and building engineers.
• Assist the Project Lead/Discipline Lead and support development of junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to grow the team and bring in new skills.
• Prepare designs, drawings, technical reports, specifications, and schedules.
• Provide technical expertise in highway engineering and linear infrastructure projects.

Your Skills and Experience

• 46 years of relevant experience in highway/infrastructure engineering.
• Proven ability to collaborate on multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in masterplan engineering (linear infrastructure, highway engineering, and dry utilities).
• Skilled in formulating options, holistic analysis, and providing sustainable solutions to clients.
• Awareness or experience in applying sustainability principles to infrastructure engineering.
• Good IT skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Civil3D, digital twin, automation.
• Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's in Highway or Linear Infrastructure preferred.
• International exposure (Middle East / UK) is an advantage.
• Desire for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality work.
