Responsibilities
- Assist in Highway Design:
- Support detailed highway design projects following IRC codes.
- Assist in alignment, geometric design, pavement design, and cross-sectional elements.
- Feasibility Studies & Traffic Analysis:
- Participate in site investigations and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Aid in traffic analysis to optimize highway design parameters.
- Hydraulic Design & Quality Assurance:
- Support integration of drainage systems, culverts, and bridges into designs.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to review design calculations, drawings, and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, M.Tech in transportation preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in highway design and transportation engineering.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Road, and/or OpenRoads.
- Basic understanding of IRC codes and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
