Job Description

Within Client s Revenue Operations function, the Global Sales Enablement team is responsible for designing and executing programs to build an intentionally excellent sales organization at the company. The function enables sales productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Highspot is a content management system where Client house 5000 pcs of sales assets. These consist of pitch decks, one pagers, case studies, battlecards, training content, etc.

  • Audit existing sales content periodically, identify gaps and work with partner teams to close the gaps
  • Monitor the performance of sales content through the content management system and report content effectiveness to publisher teams
  • Improve sales content discoverability through regular user testing and support
  • Own content governance process

Qualifications:

  • Strong project/program management and organizational skills
  • Proven track record in establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
  • Proven ability to learn new skills and technology quickly and independently
  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and self-directed
  • Proven success in working with cross functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
